Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Strike Force is a free, non-commercial fan project. It has no ads, no purchases, no subscriptions and no donations. It is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation.
By playing Strike Force at strikeforce.fun, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. About Strike Force
Strike Force ("we", "us") is a CS-style shooter that runs in a web browser, made by fans for the love of the game. These Terms are an agreement between you and us about how you may use the website, the games on it and the related services, including our Discord community features (together, the "Service").
2. Not affiliated with Valve
Strike Force is an independent fan project. It is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation.
Counter-Strike, CS2, Counter-Strike 2 and related names, logos, characters, maps, sounds, music and other game materials are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Valve Corporation. All rights to them remain with Valve Corporation. We do not claim any ownership of them, and nothing on the Service grants you any rights to them.
Other trademarks and names mentioned on the Service belong to their respective owners.
3. Free and non-commercial
- The Service is free. We do not charge for anything, do not sell anything, do not show advertising and do not accept donations.
- There are no paid advantages of any kind.
- In-game items, skins, agents, ratings, badges, ranks and leaderboard places have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money or anything of value, inside or outside the Service. They are part of the Service and may be changed, reset or removed at any time.
- You may not use the Service, or anything from it, for commercial purposes.
4. Who can play
- You can play some modes as a guest, without an account. Ranked play, friends, parties and some other features need you to sign in with Discord or Steam.
- You must be at least 13 years old to sign in, or older if the law of your country requires a higher age to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is fine with you using the Service.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your Discord or Steam account secure. Do not share, sell or give away your account.
- Use one account for Ranked play. Creating or using other accounts to avoid a ban, to manipulate ratings or to get around limits is not allowed.
5. Rules of play
Play fair and treat other players with respect. You agree not to:
- use cheats, hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, triggerbots, scripts, macros, bots, modified clients or any other software or tool that gives you an unfair advantage or plays for you;
- exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them to us;
- tamper with, decompile, reverse engineer or interfere with the game, its servers or its anti-cheat, or attack the Service (for example with DDoS, flooding or automated requests);
- copy, extract or redistribute the game's files, models, sounds or other content;
- manipulate ratings or leaderboards, including boosting, win-trading, smurfing, throwing matches, or leaving matches on purpose to affect results;
- evade a ban, mute or other restriction;
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse other players, or post hate speech, discriminatory, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content;
- share other people's personal information, spam, advertise, or post scams or malicious links;
- impersonate other people, our moderators or us, or use offensive or misleading nicknames;
- break any law while using the Service.
6. Fair play, moderation and bans
To keep matches fair, the Service runs anti-cheat checks and our moderators review reports, chat and match data. If we believe you have broken these Terms, we may, at our discretion and with or without notice:
- warn or mute you, kick you from a match, or end a match;
- reset or remove your ratings, statistics, items or leaderboard entries;
- temporarily or permanently ban your account, your device or your network address from the Service.
Some of these actions can be taken automatically by our anti-cheat. If you think we made a mistake, you can ask for a human review: write to [email protected] or contact a moderator on our Discord server. We will look at it, but the final decision is ours.
7. Your content
You are responsible for what you write and share on the Service, such as your nickname, chat messages and private messages. You keep any rights you have in it. To run the Service, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, display, filter and moderate that content. We may remove or block any content at any time.
8. Our content and copyright notices
The Strike Force code and our original artwork, designs and text are ours. Materials owned by others, including Valve Corporation, remain the property of their owners (see section 2).
We respect the rights of others. If you own rights in material that appears on the Service and want it removed, or you believe the Service infringes your rights, please write to [email protected] and include:
- a description of the work or right you believe is affected;
- where the material appears on the Service (a link or a clear description);
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that you are the owner of the right or are authorized to act for the owner, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We review every notice promptly and aim to remove or disable access to the material within 48 hours of a complete notice. We will cooperate fully with any request from Valve Corporation regarding its intellectual property.
9. Changes and availability
Strike Force is a fan project in active development. We may change, add or remove features, game modes, maps and items, reset ratings, statistics or leaderboards, or pause or shut down all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
10. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
Because the Service is free, to the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, items, ratings or profits, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access as described in section 6. Sections 2, 3, 7, 8, 10 and 11 continue to apply after your use ends.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and for important changes we will let players know in the game or on our Discord server. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
14. Your rights
These Terms do not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection or other laws of the country where you live that cannot be waived by agreement. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
